**Role Summary**:
Responsible for leading and managing the acquisition team and reviewing potential acquisitions to ensure they are a good fit for the company
**What's On Your Plate**:
- Negotiate contract terms with the partners such as the commission
- Generate client acquisition plan
- Monitor performance of team in terms of Vendor partner acquisition
- Tracking sales target of the team
- Acquiring key accounts (international brands) and handle group level commission rate
- Ensure achieving the monthly acquisition target
- Analyze competition - strategies, partners, promotions, performance with reports from sales force and personal research
- Maintain accurate records of acquisition
- Manage the team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner
- Monitor, guide and manage the team for optimum performance
- Collaborate with the team to accomplish all daily tasks on time with a high level of quality
- Assign and monitor the tasks to complete appropriate work assignments
- Produce metrics which provides visibility on the progress of work assignments and team performance
- Management for reporting and support
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product development, Call Centre and Finance team to ensure effective sales cycle and resolve key issues escalated
**What We Ordered**
- Bachelor’s Degree within Business Administration or any other related field
- 5+ years of experience within Sales including managing a team

- Fluent in both languages Arabic and English
