Customer Acquisition Lead

**Our Client is a Leading E-Commerce Cosmetics Company and they are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Acquisition Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive customer acquisition plans through digital and non-digital channels. Your primary goal will be to attract and convert new customers while achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer acquisition.**
signups, first-time purchase rate, first-order volumes, average order value, and new customer CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost).
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and optimize the customer acquisition process.
- Collaborate closely with the Marcom (Marketing Communications) team to ensure the successful implementation of all initiatives in the customeracquisition strategy.
- Design and develop compelling offers and promotions targeted at customers based on their shopping behavior, preferences, and needs.
- Conduct thorough market research and gather customer insights to inform the development of customer personas and behavior reports.
- Track and analyze customer behavior data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improved customer acquisition and retention.
- Provide regular reports and presentations on customer acquisition performance, KPIs, and initiatives to stakeholders and senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and technologies related to customer acquisition and digital marketing
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant certifications and specialized training in customer acquisition and
digital marketing are a plus.
- 3 - 5 Years of experience in a marketing position.
- 2+ Years of proven experience in customer acquisition, digital marketing, or
a related role, with a strong track record of achieving KPIs and driving
customer growth.
- Proficiency in utilizing digital marketing channels, tools, and platforms such
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights,
and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work
effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and
product development.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative customer acquisition
strategies and campaigns.
- Proficient in using customer behavior tracking and reporting tools.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic
environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet
deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
