About the team:
The Hub Talent Acquisition team acts as the shared services Center to deliver talent recruitment and coordination services for NAMET, Europe & UKI regions involving services such as screening, coordination, interviewing, scheduling, and offering.
About the role:
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process to ensure business needs across the functions are met in a timely and consistent manner.
- Design, plan and execute selection processes (interviews, screening calls, administer psychological tests etc.) and liaise with management
- Find bottlenecks in the recruiting process and initiate new methodologies to enhance the overall performance and evaluate the impact of such activities
- Managing Applicants Tracking System and ensure periodic reports, analytics, and insights reporting to direct manager
- Develop and maintain efficient relationships with all Talent partner leads and oversee all talent
- acquisition activities for designated countries
- Prepare the annual manpower plan with coordination with the concerned parties to estimate the hiring
- needs across permanent, Temp, Internship, and future leadership programs
- Provide innovative insight and ideas for filling complex and hard to fill positions.
- Maintaining a strong pipeline for hard to fill positions
- Managing and monitoring the recruitment end to end recruitment cycle in terms of screening and interviewing processes
- Proactively source for key roles, based on historical attrition and business needs.

Educational & Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, Master’s/MBA preferred
- 4-6 years’ experience in Recruitment operations
- 1-2 years in leading recruitment operations is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office.
- Workday, Hire Vue, Hired Score or similar recruitment system Knowledge is a must
- Analytical, problem solving and time management skills
- Time management and commitment to deadlines
- Has “customer care mindset”
- Strong stakeholder management (specially HR and Business stakeholders and teams)
- Strong organization skills
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Numerical Intelligence
- Strong attention to detail and due diligence
