What's On Our Plate- Negotiate contract terms with the partners such as the commission- Generate client acquisition plan- Monitor performance of team in terms of restaurant partner acquisition- Tracking sales target of the team- Acquiring key accounts (international brands) and handle group level commission rate- Ensure achieving the monthly acquisition target- Analyze competition - strategies, partners, promotions, and performance with reports from sales force and personal research- Maintain accurate records of acquisition- Manage the team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner- Monitor, guide and manage the team for optimum performance- Collaborate with the team to accomplish all daily tasks on time with a high level of quality-
- Assign and monitor the tasks to complete appropriate work assignments- Produce metrics which provides visibility on the progress of work assignments and team performance- Management for reporting and support- Collaborate with Marketing, Product development, Call Centre and Finance team to ensure effective sales cycle and resolve key issues escalated

What We Ordered- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any other related field- 5+ years of experience in Sales including managing a team- Leadership Skills- Negotiation Skills- Problem-Solving Skills- Decision-Making Skills- Planning and Organizing Skills- Ability to meet deadlines and be flexible in working- Communication skills (Written and Verbal)- Excel Skills
