We are looking for an Experienced Sales Operations Team Leader who can Support the Sales Operations through leading a team of salespeople to accomplish Sary's sales goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales operation manager with sales strategy development and implementation.
- Hit sales targets and achieve growth through providing sales team members with tips and training to achieve sales targets assigned in each territory.
- Set daily, weekly, or monthly sales goals in cooperation with Operation Sales Manager, and ensure transfer of these goals to each sales rep.
- Responsible for preparing and delivering sales reports and data metrics to the Sales operation manager.
- Support orientating and training new employees in sales department.

- BS degree in business administration or a related field.
- 5 - 8 years in wholesale distribution industry.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
- Excellent Analytical and Mathematical Skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Very Good Command of Spoken and written English.
- Very Good Computer skills.
