**Envision Employment Solutions** is currently hiring** Technical Recruitment Partners** to work in our premises in One Kattameya.

**Job Summary**:
To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Research, assemble and analyze data to effectively make recommendations regarding recruiting efforts
- Conducts skills testings to measure capability and aptitude
- Accurately maintain recruiting data by timely dis-positioning and reporting
- Assist with other duties as assigned
- Thrive as a team player in a fast paced, high energy, change oriented environment

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role. Ideally, 1 to 2 years recruiting and interviewing experience in a high-volume recruiting environment
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Stack Overflow, Github, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Fluent in both Arabic and English are a MUST.
- Tech Savvy is a MUST - Proficient in our operating systems which includes Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, Trello, Lever (ATS), etc. or a proven ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) - We use Lever.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be quick learner and quick problem solver
- Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to express innovative thoughts/ideas with regard to recruiting and overall employee experience

**Work Setup**:

- Location: One Kattameya.
- Working Hours: 9AM-6PM - including one hour break.
- Tuesdays work from home.
- Fridays and Saturdays are off.
