Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.
- Verifying job descriptions and post them to relevant media platforms.
- Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
- Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.
- Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork.
- Managing the onboarding process of newly hired Employees and organize induction program.
- Perform other related tasks.

Qualifications:

- **Fluency in English is a MUST (fluency in German is a major plus)**:

- ** Hands-on experience in technical recruitment (SW Engineers, Developers & QA) in different organizational levels.**:

- ** Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles, and technical skills.**:

- ** Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices.**:

- ** Bachelor's Degree - preferred in Human Resources Management, or similar field of study.**

**Skills**:

- **Deadline oriented.**:

- ** Excellent verbal and written communication skills.**:

- ** Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills.**:

- ** Excellent presentation skills.**:

- ** Excellent team player with the ability to work individually.**

**Experience**:

- **Experience in using ATS is highly preferred.**:

- ** Experience in SAP & SAP Success Factor is a major plus.
