**Senior Technical Recruiter **for one of our partners, a very well-known company

**Job Summary**:
Our partner is looking for a

As an integrative member, you are actively contributing to the creation of a safe, collaborative, growth-focused, purposeful, values-driven, and diverse company culture across all organizational levels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Creates job descriptions and job ads in close collaboration with the responsible squads and hiring managers
- Owns the overarching recruiting lifecycle (i.e., screening, interviewing, preparing of hiring decision, onboarding) and proactively manages it via an ATS (e.g., workable)
- Owns the interview and selection process and ensures that it is implemented in a scalable and lean manner
- Ensures that the company is established as an attractive employer for tech talents within the Egyptian market

**Requirements**:

- You have at least 3 years of experience as a technical recruiter with the Egyptian market.
- You have proven knowledge and understanding on how to quickly hire tech talent.
- You have a track record of establishing an employer brand with the (Egyptian) tech community
- You have experience in collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
- You have proven knowledge in executing the full hiring process (Screening, interviewing, hiring decision)
- You have experience working in a fast-paced recruiting environment with the ability to take initiative with little direction.
