Technical recruiting experience within a Corporate and or search firm including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting, including 7+ years in program management and /or talent consulting.
Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member of a virtual team.
Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills.
Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.

Business partnering with Hiring managers, being their go to for all recruiting related matters.

Taking a head hunting approach to recruitment to source and select top talent from a cross the globe,

Develop and maintain accurate recruiting data/reports acting as an owner of your respective BU, providing metrics to stakeholders.

Coordinating the post-interview debrief meetings and providing debrief materials

Participate in recruiting events such as job fairs, Campus hiring and community events to build the Amazon name in country

Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers for senior-level openings.

9+ years recruiting and sourcing experience working in a medium to high volume, high hiring bar environment recruiting/sourcing for technical talent (Software Development Engineers, Senior Software Development Engineers, Architect, Principal Engineer, Software Development Manager, Head of Engineering, CTO, ML engineers, Scientists )
Superior written and verbal communication skills
A demonstrated passion for recruiting and providing amazing customer service
Attention to detail with exceptional analytical and process management skills
Skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer expectations
