**Job Title: Marketing and Social Media Assistant**

**Location: CrossWorkers Cairo Office**
**Job Type: Full-Time**
**Reports to: Marketing Manager**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation**:

- **Develop and curate engaging text-based content for social media, newsletters, blogs, and brochures.**:

- **Design graphics for social media posts, banners, and other marketing materials.**:

- **Collaborate with the sales team to develop content and design marketing materials that support their efforts.**:

- **Maintain an editorial calendar to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.**

**Social Media Management**:

- **Maintain engagement on social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.**:

- **Plan, schedule, and publish posts to boost engagement and brand awareness.**:

- **Develop and manage a content calendar that aligns social media activities with broader marketing goals.**:

- **Provide monthly reports on social media insights and performance metrics.**

**Video Production**:

- **Filmed, edited, and produced videos for social media and internal events, ensuring they reflected the company’s brand and culture.**:

- **Create content for events, including podcasts, reels, and promotional videos.**

**Administrative Support**:

- **Maintain and update the inventory of marketing materials and event giveaways.**:

- **Perform general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the marketing department.**:

- **Schedule and organize client visits, including hotel bookings, to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.**

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.**:

- **Minimum of 2 years’ experience in social media management, graphic design**:

- **Demonstrable success in developing and executing social media campaigns.**:

- **Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms**:

- **Experience with graphic design and video production is highly desirable.**:

- **Strong understanding of current social media trends.**:

- **Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.**:

- **Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging, on-brand content.**:

- **Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
