Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for a **Lead Generation Specialist** to join our team and play a critical role in fueling our sales pipeline. Your mission will be to **find, verify, and organize high quality B2B leads** that match our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). You will work closely with a team of 10+ sales representatives to ensure they always have fresh, relevant, and accurate leads.
You will leverage tools like **LinkedIn, Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, Clay, and manual research** to identify businesses, decision makers, and key buying signals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Research and identify businesses that fit our ICP across multiple industries.
- Use data platforms (Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Google) for prospect sourcing and enrichment.
- Identify key signals such as growth trends, hiring activity, or expansion.
- Run experiments to test new prospecting methods, market segments, and data sources.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to know their needs and requests and taking feedback on the leads you are generating.
**Requirements**:
- 1 year of relevant experience in **lead generation, data research, or sales support**.
- Strong research and digital prospecting skills (Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, etc.).
- High resilience and work ethic, comfortable working with high-volume targets.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and self starter attitude.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to test, measure, and refine lead sourcing methods.
- High attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
- Comfortable working with KPIs and adapting to changing sales priorities.
- Good written and spoken English; able to clearly summarize findings.
- UAE market knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Finance background and knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory.
