We are expanding and looking for a
Lead Generation Specialist
to join our growing organization. This is a
key position
that will directly support the CEO in identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential clients for our Microsoft Dynamics and integration solutions.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify new business opportunities through
LinkedIn, email, and online platforms
. - Generate qualified leads and maintain a structured leads database.
- Reach out to prospects via
email, LinkedIn messages, and phone calls
to introduce our solutions. - Schedule online meetings and demos for the CEO or technical team.
- Collaborate closely with management to design outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Track and report lead generation metrics and pipeline status.
Requirements
- Minimum
3 years of experience
in
lead generation, inside sales, or business development
. Must be in the
software or IT industry
. - Strong knowledge of
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
,
email marketing
, and
CRM tools
. - Excellent
English communication and writing skills
. - Ability to work independently and take ownership of the full lead generation process.
- Familiarity with
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)
or ERP systems is a
strong advantage
. - Proactive, organized, and goal-oriented personality.
