to support the growth of our Outsourcing services and Software Product solutions.

Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify high-quality leads for outsourcing and software product services.
- Perform market and industry research to target the right clients and decision-makers.
- Execute lead-gen campaigns through LinkedIn, emails, CRM platforms, and calls.
- Build, maintain, and track a strong sales pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with the sales/business development team.
- Report KPIs and performance analysis.
Requirements
- Minimum
2 years of experience
in Lead Generation specifically in the
Software / IT industry
(mandatory). - Strong understanding of outsourcing, SaaS, software products, or IT services.
- Excellent English communication (written & verbal).
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools & lead generation platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Ability to work onsite in Fifth Settlement.
