About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist / SDR based in Egypt to support our sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and booking meetings with high-quality leads.

You will be responsible for cold outreach (calls, email, and messaging), CRM management, scraping tools, and ensuring a steady flow of qualified opportunities.

This role is perfect for someone who is organized, proactive, and results-driven with experience in B2B lead generation.

Responsibilities


• Build targeted ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) lists using scraping tools and research platforms.


• Execute cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads.


• Qualify prospects based on criteria and book meetings for the sales team.


• Maintain and update CRM systems accurately.


• Track KPIs and report on lead conversion, pipeline growth, and outreach performance.


• Perform competitor research and market scanning to identify new opportunities.


• Work with tools such as Apollo, Clay, Instantly, Sales Navigator, or similar.


• Collaborate closely with the sales manager to optimize outreach scripts and strategies.


• Follow up with leads consistently to maximize conversion.

Requirements


• Based in Egypt (remote).


• 1–3+ years experience in lead generation / SDR / B2B outreach.


• Strong experience in cold calling + CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, Odoo, etc.).


• Knowledge of scraping tools (Apollo, Kasper, Prospeo, Clay, Skrapp, etc.).


• Excellent written and verbal communication.


• Strong research and data-building skills.


• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage large lead lists.


• Comfortable working with KPIs and reporting.

Preferred Skills


• Experience in startups or tech companies.


• Knowledge in SaaS lead generation is a plus.


• Experience setting appointments for busy sales teams.
