Supervisor, Corporates Sales, Fixed Ict Solutions

**_Purpose of the job_**
- _Selling Fixed Connectivity, Cloud & ICT solutions to Enterprise segment._
- _Develop new sales & Acquire new accounts in order to increase _company's_ market share in the assigned region/sector._
- _Manage/upsell enterprise solutions to existing portfolio of corporate accounts._
**_Duties and responsibilities_**
- _ Establish new business _opportunities_ and suggest appropriate solutions to the related customers._
- _ Execute the new sales acquisition plan set by the direct manager._
- _ Identify the business opportunities and translates those in action plans._
- _ Explain complex technical solutions to his customers._
- _ Following up with his customers and resolving any issues that may raise._
- _ Responsible for managing & visiting regularly a list of Existing accounts._
- _ Develop the sales within the list/market segment, promoting new solutions & new ICT products to the related customers._
- _ Maintain the sales/revenue achievements behavior._
- _ Prospect the whole potential of the list/business segment assigned, study the area/segment for which they have responsibility, and arrange a program of visits by contacting the clients & making appointments._
- _ Achieve the sales objectives set by the direct manager._
- _ Interface/facilitate the communication between different departments representatives inside the company and his customers._
- _ Communicate with marketing department to ensure profitability on commercial offers presented._
- _ Quote & negotiate prices, credit terms and prepare contracts._
- _ Ongoing reporting as per requirements assigned and carry out formal presentations of ICT products using sales tools provided._
- _ Assess customers needs, explain & demonstrate products to them which may involve providing technical description as well as describing purposes for which they may be used._
- _ Proactively, seek and probe for potential growth, potential threats, business opportunities, set visits objectives and articulate a business plan for each account to ensure long term business relationship and high customers satisfaction._
- _ Perform high quality sales calls with good planning and pre approach for each visit, always ready with all business solutions._
- _ Punctuality to the meetings & customers appointments._
- _ Technology oriented with all company systems, products, services, technical solutions. _
- _Identifying the implied needs to the customers initiating possible strategic partnership projects with Orange s corporate customers to ensure long-term alliance through a win-win settlement._
- _ Follow up and alignment with Orange Legal department on business contracts processing and assuring on the agreed terms & condition agreed on with the customer._
- _ Continuous alignment with the pre-sales/technology teams for solutions customization in order to fit different customers' needs._
**_Education_**
- _Bachelor Degree in IT, Business administration or any other related field, SPIN Selling._
**_Experience_**
- 3-5 years of experience in similar fields (ISPs, System _Integrators_, _etc._)_
**_Skills and abilities_**
- _Very good English( spoken and written)_
- _Experience_ in selling tailored ICT solutions._
- _Strong negotiation/selling skills_
