**Position Overview**
**What You'll Be Doing**:
**Office Administration & Operations**:
- Ensure smooth daily operations by managing supplies, coordinating maintenance requests, and handling general administrative tasks.
- Address urgent office issues as they arise - including power outages, fire alarms, server problems, or facility-related concerns - and coordinate directly with building management and service.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for supplies, facilities maintenance, and equipment needs.providers to resolve them efficiently.
- Organize and maintain office records, documentation, and secure filing systems.
- Track and manage office expenses and budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Manage and support the **rotational shift schedule**, ensuring consistent and efficient office coverage.
- Oversee office compliance with local **health and safety regulations** and maintain safety protocols.
- Assist in organizing company events and internal initiatives that enhance workplace culture and employee engagement, as needed.
- Support the **HR Manager** with onboarding, workspace setup, and general employee support.
**IT Support Responsibilities**:
- Set up and configure workstations, laptops, and network printers for new and existing employees.
- Provide **first-line IT troubleshooting** for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Maintain local IT inventory and track assets, licenses, and renewals.
- Ensure basic cybersecurity practices are followed, including updates, backups, and security protocols.
- Liaise with the central IT team for escalated technical issues or broader system needs.
**What You Bring**:
- Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles.
- Experience providing basic IT support or help desk services (minimum 1 year).
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Slack, and remote desktop solutions.
- Excellent communication skills in both **English and Arabic**.
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Flexibility to work on call as issues arise.
- **Please note this is a full-time on-site position, in New Cairo, Egypt.**
