Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Administrator, based in Cairo, Egypt. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, maintaining office equipment, supporting administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication within teams. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, scheduling appointments, and organizing office systems to enhance efficiency. The candidate will act as a central point of coordination within the office environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks, including scheduling, filing, and record management
- Experience in Office Administration and handling office equipment
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to support team members and external clients
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field preferred
- Previous experience in a similar office role is a plus
