Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Administrator located in Cairo, Egypt. The Office Administrator will handle daily office operations, manage office equipment, provide administrative assistance, and support customer service. The role also involves overseeing communication within the office, ensuring an organized and efficient work environment, and maintaining high-quality service and relationships with clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Office Administration and Administrative Assistance tasks
- Experience in handling and maintaining Office Equipment
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills is a plus
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in Business Administration or related field is beneficial
