Compensation & Benefits Lead

**Job Summary**:
Responsible to perform a wide range of activities related to total rewards to ensure Teleperformance strategic objectives are met efficiently and maintained industry benchmark standards. This includes formulating salary and variable benefits entitlement for internal and external recruits, participating in annual salary surveys, salary and grading structure reviews, maintaining total rewards database in the internal HR control Module, conducting job analysis and advising management in the interpretation of rewards policies and procedures.
**Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities**:
- Assists line manager in building recommendations for annual compensation and benefits reviews.
- Creates approved new organization structures and updates existing career paths.
- Performs internal job evaluation and facilitates formal job evaluation process.
- Works closely the line manager in analyzing survey results and comparing the employees' pay positioning against market and peer Group.
- Participates in other HR efficiency enhancement and/or capital development programs such as “Career Development”, “Succession Planning” and “Competency Framework”.
- Responsible for overseeing the activities related to benefits management, for all policies in force.
- Manages most complex pricing requests, defining the compensation structure, in line with the approved guidelines. - Prepare regular reports for senior management, summarizing key metrics and trends in compensation and benefits. - Lead and facilitate the annual salary review process, working closely with HR, management, and relevant stakeholders.
- Design and administer annual cash-bonus programs, considering organizational performance, departmental achievements, and individual contributions.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations regarding compensation and benefits.
- Stay informed about changes in legislation that may impact compensation and benefits practices and update policies accordingly.
- Participates in compensation and benefits surveys.
- Recommends salary and benefits for staff internal (promotions/transfers) and external recruitment activities, as well as for new prospects pricing processes.
Coordinates with the support departments and operations, for determining bonus/incentive eligibility.
- Reviews, revises existing and develops new HR Policies and Procedures.
- Advises managers on the interpretation of Reward Policies, Procedures, and benefits programs.
- Reviews and analyzes requests for changes in organizational structures.
- Knowledge of the legal and tax laws that may affect the definition of the total rewards framework in the company.
- Assists in any other HR projects as deemed necessary by the line management.
- Have excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and proactive planning skills.
- Be highly collaborative with ability to work in partnership with the entire HR team and beyond including the ability to effectively influence & communicate across all levels.
- Be self-motivated, flexible and with a can-do mindset especially in complex situations.
- Have excellent written communication skills and the ability to tailor communications based on audience (employee through senior leadership levels).
- Can work independently and deliver results exceeding expectations of key stakeholders.
**Main Job Requirements**:
- **Education and specific Training**:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business management, or related field (preferential).
- Work Experience
- Minimum 4 years of Human Resources experience in compensation and benefits and job analysis.
- Proven success delivering high quality work product requiring a high level of attention to detail in the most complex situations.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Advanced PowerPoint skills with proven success in “telling a story”. Able to create visually appealing and effective materials to help drive decision making.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel including knowledge of lookups, pivot tables, and other functionality.
- Advanced numerical and analytical skills, being able to use data to propose changes to the compensation and benefits structure.
- Superior project management skills with proven success in meeting deadlines, anticipating gaps, and driving towards solutions.
- Mandatory C1 level of English.
- Experience handling legal/tax related topics regarding compensation and benefits, namely European pay transparency laws.
