**Compensation, Budgeting & Payroll Manager**
As a Compensation, Budgeting & Payroll Manager you will be responsible for implementing the Danone’s reward strategy so that its reward outcomes meet current and future business needs and are consistent with the organization’s desired internal and external market position.
**About the job**
As a Compensation, Budgeting & Payroll Manager, you will be doing the following activities:
- Design and implement the organization’s compensation programs and activities so that they meet the organization’s objectives with regards to internal equity and external market competitiveness.
- These programs may include job evaluation and classification; salary administration; short-term, long-term and sales incentive plans; share/stock ownership plans, executive compensation; workers compensation; salary packaging; retirement, pension and superannuation plans.
- Liaise with functional or operational area managers to develop and implement local compensation strategies that are appropriate for their business needs, but consistent with the organization’s overall reward strategy.
- Analyze and evaluate external market data as well as internal data about the organization’s current employee population and future human resource needs to develop salary budgets and forecasts that are consistent with the organization’s reward strategy.
- Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of compensation professionals to ensure that the organization’s reward strategy is implemented effectively and within established budgets and that the organization complies with all relevant regulations, laws and employment standards.
- Calculate wage increments, overtime payments and public holiday pay, issuing cash, cheques or bank transfers for employee payments, depending on the business, Analyze and report payroll data, Audit the payroll to make sure it satisfies all government regulations, Develop and refine payroll procedures, Advise about taxes and employment laws on salary
- Responsible for designing effective budget models for departments and the entire company analyzing budget data, and forecasting future financial requirements, Analyze financial information
About you
To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe you need to have:
- Education: Bachelor Degree in any relevant field
- Languages required: Excellent Arabic & English - spoken, written and reading.
- Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in the Compensation and Payroll field.
- Computer skills: Excellent competency in use of Microsoft Office especially Excel and Power Point.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Reporting skills
- Attention to Details
- Problem Solving skills
