Sales Channel Management - Manage and monitor all sales channels: - Owned channels: Company website & mobile app - Primary sales team - Indirect sales representatives & agencies (Partners) - Individual brokers & brokerage firms - Third-party listing websites / portals - Ensure inventory accuracy and consistency across all channels. - Develop and maintain pricing, promotions, and unit availability strategies. Deal Management - Handle end-to-end coordination of deals generated through different channels. - Negotiate terms with brokers, agencies, and listing platforms to secure the best exposure and deal flow. - Support the direct sales team in closing high-value transactions. - Track and report on pipeline status, conversion rates, and channel performance. Relationship & Partner Management - Build strong relationships with individual brokers and broker networks. - Onboard and train channel partners to ensure compliance with company standards. - Monitor performance of external partners and enforce contractual obligations. Operational Excellence - Ensure seamless lead management flow from digital platforms (website/app) into CRM. - Monitor listing websites for accuracy, response time, and lead follow-up. - Implement processes to avoid duplicate or conflicting deals across channels. **Requirements**: At least 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales, brokerage management, or channel/account management. - Strong understanding of Egypt’s real estate market and sales dynamics is a plus. - Proficiency with CRM systems, Excel, and reporting tools. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational ability and attention to detail. Key Competencies - Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on conversions and revenue. - Relationship builder: able to manage brokers, partners, and internal teams effectively. - Analytical thinker: capable of interpreting performance data and making recommendations. - Tech-savvy: comfortable with listing portals, apps, and digital platforms. - Multitasker with the ability to handle multiple deals and channels simultaneously.
