**Purpose of the job**

Delivers the company's strategy, scouting and assessing the ecosystem, developing new business lines. By managing the company's program management office, leads the execution of the company's strategic and transformation programs. Leads the company's operational efficiency program, ensuring that all stakeholders are fully committed to deliver company's targets.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Builds the corporates strategic plan with all company's stakeholders.
- Proposes strategic initiatives delivering value in the next 3 to 5 years.
- Constantly scouts and assesses the ecosystem, delivers analyzes and recommendations.
- Initiates new business lines with a full business model.
- Leads the execution of the company's strategic and transformation programs
- Leads the company's operational efficiency program, ensuring that all stakeholders are fully committed to deliver company's targets.
- Owns the TTM governance, aligning all stakeholders and ensuring an efficient delivery of new products, services and offers.
- In charge of the company corporate processes, ensuring all company are well documented, updated and enforced. Leads the digitalization of key processes and workflows.
- Measures the performance of key company processes, identifies gaps or ineffiencies and works with with stakeholders to improve the performance and fill the gaps.

**People management**
- Provides coaching and requests needed training for direct reports ensuring continuous individual development.
- Ensures a healthy working environment for the department employees / assigned team through focusing on motivation initiatives.
- Conducts regular performance and competency evaluations for direct reports while delivering constant constructive feedback for higher achievements and further development.
- Holds regular meetings with the team members to strengthen communication and ensures sharing the same objectives.

**Job specification**

**Education**
- University degree.
- Post graduate studies are an asset.
- Project management certification (PMI, Prince 2, etc.)

**Experience**
- Minimum 10 years' experience in a relevant field; 5 of which preferably in the telecommunication industry.
- Experience in building qualitative and quantitative 5 years strategic plans for large corporations
- Successful track record in major transformations in large organizations
- Successful track record in complex programs/projects management execution
- Experience in program management tools (MS project, Primavera, etc.)
- Seasoned people manager
- In-depth knowledge of telecommunications ecosystem
- Strong background in Finance, Business and Telecoms technologies.

- Able to build complex multi-years business models
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem Solver
- Deep understanding of the company's operational way of working
- Ability to federate a team around a common project/objective
- Very good English both spoken and written.
