Sr Executive PMO for Egypt Otb

**About the role**:
- multitasker that is relied upon to keep people, projects, and processes operating at peak efficiency - can work in virtually and global Telecom industry that demands organization, order, and logístical support.
- performs office/function PMO Transversal duties, Training and Business Admin including, but not limited to:
- support in function quality control activities including Quarter business reviews
- Empower employees to identify opportunities for operational best practice through continuous improvement, using Continues Improvement in Action (CIA) program
- Headcount update on monthly basis, OTB Org Chart and the Budget File
- Updating the Floor seating Plan
- Managing external employees’ payroll on monthly basis,
- Creating and managing external worker requests and PO’s
- Onboarding newcomers on site: OTB Welcome program induction
- dealing with suppliers and vendors invoices (processing)
- managing and maintaining budgets files as provided by GPO or internally by Head of Department
- using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents, and maintain presentations, spreadsheets, and databases.
- using MS Teams, and Plazza apps to manage and maintain document libraries and information and other functional administrative duties
- devising and maintaining office systems including booking rooms and conference facilities while supporting in arranging meetings, taking minutes, and keeping notes.
- using content management systems to maintain and update websites and internal databases.
- arranging travel and accommodation for staff proceeding on mission.
- Acting as SPOC between PD&L and OTB management whenever there are new programs communicated (new mandatory trainings, WBT's, welcome program) and necessary for enrollment
- Update and use of the OTB Learning Hub, linked with CSO learning hub
- Assists and may own organizing function events when necessary
- Engages in Learning and development opportunities as needed
Other duties may include:
- recruiting, training, and supervising junior staff, and delegating work as required.
Manipulating complex statistical data.
- arranging both in-house and external events.
**About you**:
Administrative
- knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography, and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures, tools and terminology related to ORANGE Business Services.
English Language - must have excellent written and oral communication, including knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar, spoken and written. Arabic is also required. German or French is a plus.
