**About the Role**:
The Head of Strategic Finance will play a critical role in driving financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making for Taager. They will be responsible for building the financial model, overseeing budgeting and planning processes, and providing insightful analysis to support business growth and profitability.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain the financial model for the company, including revenue forecasts, expense projections, and cash flow analysis.
- Lead the budgeting and planning processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and drive operational efficiencies.
- Conduct financial due diligence for potential investments, acquisitions, and partnerships.
- Prepare financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and present findings to senior management.
- Monitor key financial performance indicators, identify trends, and provide proactive recommendations to optimize financial performance.
- Implement financial controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive cost optimization initiatives and improve overall financial performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes impacting the financial landscape.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the strategic finance team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional certification (CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in finance, with a focus on financial planning and analysis, investment banking, or private equity.
- Strong background in financial modeling, including advanced Excel skills. Experience with Power Query or Power BI is highly desirable.
- Regional or Gulf market experience is preferred, with a solid understanding of regional financial regulations and market dynamics.
- Proven track record of successfully building and managing financial models and driving strategic financial initiatives.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with a track record of managing and developing high-performing finance teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
- Proactive mindset, with strong business acumen and a focus on driving financial results aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
