**Job Summary**:
The link between sales demand and production process in terms of SKUs, and the main purpose is to deliver the production plan based on SKUs, manpower planning, capacity of production lines and warehouses capacity.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- To assist the Head - Finance and BU Director in developing the financial budgets for the Business Unit and providing MIS on budget performance.
- To develop costing systems to measure cost of operations, inputs, finished goods at SKU levels including the margins thereof.
- To create a system for periodic review of product costs and margins, recommend pricing decisions and generate product/ SKU rationalization recommendations
- To highlight the cost of unproductive input resources i.e. Labor, Trade Discounts, Credit, Sales Promotion.
- To highlight wastages in material, manufacturing capacities and consumables
- To highlight improvements in operating processes and efficiencies
- To carry out cost reduction studies and develops a package of cost reduction proposals for each budget year. Co-opt operating managers to own cost reduction projects and steer these to successful conclusion.
- For introduction and implementation of world class systems including ERP.
- To be directly accountable for development of employees reporting to him and next level.
- To be responsible for implementing Vision and Values

**KPIs**:

- Updating Standard Cost Master
- Preparation of FOH budget
- Timely updating of cost for new SKUs.
- Monthly Reports
- Internal customer - Plant Head
- Provide updated accurate cost every month with replacement prices
- To provide department wise comparison of budget vs actual expenses
- Item wise inventory analysis and aging reports to focus on reducing cost of holding & alternate use of stock.
- To adopt best practices in respect of reports/ procedures followed in other units of the group
- Skill development of subordinate

**Work experience requirement**:
8-10 Years of relevant functional experience in reputed Companies, in the relevant Industry/Sector.

**Qualification**:

- Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Commerce with professional qualification such as ICWA/CMA.
- Management Degree/Post Graduate in Business Administration with specialization in Finance from a reputed Business School or Degree in Engineering will be an added advantage.
