**What We Look For**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, define role qualifications, and align on hiring strategies.
- Provide guidance for hiring managers on interview techniques and selection processes.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts by participating in career fairs, networking events, and social media recruitment campaigns.

**Qualifications & Work Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or any relevant degree.
- 2 years' experience in talent acquisition, with exposure to both technical and non-technical hiring.
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and job boards.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to set high personal goals and work independently.
- Ability to organize, multi-task and prioritize tasks.
