Business Development Specialist

Ikigai Marketing Solutions is growing, and we're seeking a Sales Specialist who is proactive, driven, and passionate about selling marketing services and B2B solutions.
If you love the thrill of closing deals, know how marketing drives business, and have a strong market network — this role is for you
Responsibilities
Sell BTL services (brand activations, event management, booths, on-ground marketing) and integrated marketing solutions.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and pricing.
Achieve sales targets and provide regular performance reports.
Maintain sales activities in CRM tools and follow up with leads.
You're a great fit if you have
2–4 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
Strong knowledge of BTL campaigns, activations, and marketing services.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
A proactive, results-driven attitude with strong closing abilities.
Familiarity with CRM platforms (preferred).
