About the Role:

We're looking for a young, dynamic, and proactive professional
to join our team as an Associate. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and has a strong foundation in
economics, research, and presentation skills
. This role goes beyond administrative support, it's an opportunity to gain exposure to Egypt's leading entrepreneurship ecosystem and work directly with top business leaders and investors.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support

  • Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel logistics
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations in both English and Arabic
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Support follow-ups, track deadlines, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Draft and translate formal letters and communications in Arabic and English

Conduct Market Research

  • Map investment activity across Egypt and neighboring markets in the Middle East and Africa
  • Identify, analyze, and engage with key stakeholders who can collaborate with Endeavor

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (preferred)
  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic, both spoken and written (mandatory)
  • Strong presentation and analytical skills, ability to turn data into compelling insights
  • Highly organized with exceptional time-management and multitasking abilities
  • Proactive, resourceful, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor, discretion, and strong interpersonal communication skills
