Work Scope Summary

The Associate Production Manager supports the planning, coordination, and execution of advertising campaigns, branded and live events. This role bridges creative concepts with logistical execution, ensuring that production elements are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The position involves working closely with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to bring ideas to life across digital, print, and experiential platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Production Coordination


• Assist in managing pre-production, production, and post-production workflows


• Coordinate schedules, locations, permits, and equipment for shoots and events


• Liaise with Sales ,vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery


• Support budgeting, cost tracking, and invoice processing

Event Execution


• Help plan and execute events, activations, and brand experiences


• Oversee logistics such as venue setup, staffing, and technical requirements


• Ensure compliance with safety, legal permits and brand standards


• Troubleshoot on-site issues and provide real-time solutions

Project Management


• Maintain production timelines and ensure milestones are met


• Track deliverables and update stakeholders on progress


• Prepare production documentation (call sheets, run-of-show, production books)


• Support quality control and final delivery of assets

Collaboration & Communication


• Work closely with creative designers, account Management, and Sales teams to align execution


• Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams on production status


• Attend meetings and contribute to production planning and ideation


• Support the Production Head in team coordination and resource allocation
