We are expanding our Investment & Growth team and looking for a proactive, analytical, and business-driven Investment Associate to support our fundraising, investment strategy, and financial growth plans.

Key Responsibilities

Support the end-to-end investment process, including market research, financial modeling, valuation studies, and due diligence.

Analyze financial statements, prepare investment decks, projections, and scenario analysis for fundraising rounds.

Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and investment opportunities within digital health and healthtech.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Finance, and Strategy teams to prepare insights and decision-making materials for senior leadership.

Maintain investor CRM, update pipeline status, and support communication with existing and potential investors.

Assist in preparing board-level presentations, investment teasers, and executive summaries.

Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA is a plus).

2–4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Venture Capital, Consulting, Private Equity, or Corporate Finance.

Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and Excel.

Strong analytical thinking, research skills, and attention to detail.

Excellent presentation and PowerPoint skills (building investment decks is essential).

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven, startup environment.

Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
