During your tenure at PHC Investment Team,
you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:

  • Investment Analysis & Valuation
    – Conduct financial modeling, valuations, and feasibility studies across diverse sectors.
  • Deal Execution
    – Support end-to-end transaction processes including due diligence, structuring, and negotiations.
  • Portfolio Management
    – Monitor portfolio company performance, identify risks, and propose value-creation initiatives.
  • Market & Industry Research
    – Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and sector dynamics to support investment decisions.
  • Strategic Advisory
    – Contribute to business strategies, capital allocation decisions, and growth initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    – Collaborate with senior management, investors, and external advisors to drive transactions and projects.
  • Presentation & Communication
    – Develop investment memos, pitch decks, and reports for internal committees and external partners.

Qualifications and Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field, (MBA, CFA, or equivalent certification strongly preferred).

Professional Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in PE, Asset Mgmt, IB, or Equity Research
    for the
    Investment Manager

role

- 7–10 years for the
Deputy
Investment Manager
role.
- 4–7 years for the
Senior Investment Associate
role.
- Proven track record in financial modeling, valuations, and transaction execution.
- Prior experience in managing teams or leading transactions is a must.

Technical Skills:

  • Mastery of investment analysis, valuations, and deal structuring.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools.
  • Deep understanding of corporate finance, capital markets, and portfolio management principles.
  • Strong ability to assess risk, return, and strategic fit of investment opportunities.

Leadership & Management

  • Experience in managing and mentoring junior staff, providing guidance on financial modeling, deal execution, and professional development.
  • Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to balance risk and return while driving transactions to completion.
  • Skilled in overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and timely delivery.
  • Confident in presenting to executive management, boards, and external stakeholders, with the credibility to influence senior-level decision

Industry & Transaction Exposure:

  • Exposure to real estate, industrial, and financial services sectors (experience in MENA is a plus).
  • Ability to identify market trends and strategic opportunities across diverse industries.

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills,
  • Strategic mindset with entrepreneurial and commercial acumen.
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is highly advantageous)
