Quality and Operational Excellence Manag

Your Role: Own the Challenge

  • Coordinates a proper interface between quality control needs and activities for supplier quality, production quality, testing & validation, engineering, as applicable.
  • Ensures relevant deployment of metrics and tools related to quality control in production, factory or software test labs, and final inspection quality, as applicable.
  • Organizes and allocates testing resources to meet customer delivery commitments and testing requirements effectively and efficiently.
  • Escalates through the organization of any case of product quality or safety non-conformance.
  • In alignment with HSE personnel, implements and ensures that safety systems are in place, known, and utilized by quality control and testing personnel, resulting in an accident-free workplace. And Collaborates in the resolution of problems to completion, following robust root cause analysis and corrective actions for both internal and customer issues

What it takes to Run what runs the world

  • Electrical engineering related fields
  • 7–10 years in electrical manufacturing in switchgear or power distribution.
  • Experience managing test teams, including resource planning, performance development, and technical mentoring.
  • Hands-on experience in testing, validation, and inspection aligned with IEC/ISO standards.
  • Familiarity with quality systems (ISO 9001, Lean Six Sigma), audits, and RCA.
