LOTUSTEX Textile Factory is Hiring a Quality Manager

LOTUSTEX Textile Factory, located in 10th of Ramadan City, announces its need for a Quality Manager to join our team and lead the Quality Department.

Requirements:


• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the same position, preferably in textile manufacturing.


• Strong experience in implementing and maintaining quality management systems and international standards including:

ISO 9001:2015, ISO 17025:2017, GOTS, OCS, GRS, RCS, REGNAGRI, OEKO-TEX.


• Good knowledge of laboratory operations and testing procedures.


• Proven experience in internal and external audits and managing certification processes.


• Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.


• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to train and develop staff.

Main Responsibilities:


• Implement and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) including Quality, Environmental, and Sustainability standards.


• Prepare and manage internal audit schedules, audit teams, and follow up on corrective actions.


• Coordinate and arrange external certification assessments and ensure compliance with auditors' requirements.


• Supervise the document control process and ensure all quality documents are up-to-date and accessible.


• Conduct training for employees on IMS clauses and quality system requirements.


• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives across all departments.


• Ensure the application of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in all production processes.


• Prepare and present periodic QMS reports and sustainability performance to management.
