Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Control Manager at Energya Steel Fabrication Egypt, located in the 10th of Ramadan City. The Quality Control Manager will oversee and implement quality standards, conduct inspections, monitor production processes, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and certifications. The role involves identifying areas for improvement, coordinating with engineering and production teams, and driving continuous process improvements to maintain the highest quality standards. Preparing reports and leading quality assurance initiatives are essential components of this position.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and developing quality management systems.
  • Strong knowledge of steel fabrication processes, including welding, galvanization, and painting.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, design drawings, and engineering documents.
  • Experience with inspection methods, non-destructive testing (NDT), and monitoring production metrics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to collaborate across teams and manage quality processes efficiently.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as ISO certifications.
  • Degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field; specialized training in Quality Control is a plus.
  • Previous experience in heavy industry or steel fabrication is highly beneficial.
