As the only factory in Egypt dedicated to manufacturing various types of Rolling Doors with high production capacity, we meet a wide range of project requirements. The company is the sole agent for globally renowned brands specializing in motorization solutions, high-speed doors, loading dock systems, and ready-to-install products. We are committed to producing innovative, high-quality solutions for diverse applications.

About the Role

You will implement quality inspection procedures, perform in-process and final inspections, support the installation teams, and help us deliver defect-free products to clients.

Key Responsibilities


• Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections for raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products.


• Prepare QC checklists and inspection reports.


• Perform site inspections and ensure installation quality.


• Monitor non-conformities and implement corrective actions.


• Audit manufacturing processes and ensure adherence to standards.


• Work closely with Production, Technical Office, and Installation.


• Verify compliance with safety, design, and performance criteria.


• Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, mechatronics engineering, or related field.


• 2–5 years of experience in QC in manufacturing or steel fabrication.


• Strong knowledge of measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).


• Ability to read engineering drawings.


•
Strong knowledge in
welding, and electrostatic painting inspection.


• Strong reporting and documentation skills.


• Good awareness of HSE rules.


• Analytical mindset and attention to details.
