Quality and Operational Excellence Manag

Your Role: Own the Challenge

  • Lead and deploy the strategy, objectives, and targets for Supplier Quality Management in alignment with the Quality Management System, Quality Policy, and Procurement strategy.
  • Ensure effective use of Supplier Quality Management tools and systems for collaboration, reporting, monitoring, and managing quality, delivery, and compliance metrics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Procurement, Production planning, Sustainability, Integrity, Compliance, R&D/Engineering, and Projects.
  • Support the supplier risk management process, including evaluation of field returns—even beyond warranty periods.

What it takes to Run what runs the world

  • 7–10+ years of experience in Supplier Quality, Quality Assurance, or Procurement Quality roles
  • Deep knowledge of supplier quality tools such as PPAP, APQP, FMEA, 8D, and SPC
  • Experience in supplier audits, qualification processes, and performance monitoring
  • Proficiency in root cause analysis and corrective action (RCA/CA)
