The opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Senior Industrial Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be designing and optimizing facility layouts, and other operational spaces. You will be providing the technical and financial analysis needed to justify, plan, and execute CAPEX projects.

How you'll make an impact

  • Ensuring a smooth integration of new manufacturing processes including machines, technologies, tooling and equipment in cooperation with process engineering.
  • Performing process capability studies, statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making to meet productivity targets & achieve operational excellence.
  • Ensuring the compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory requirements in all Manufacturing activities.
  • Identifying and implementing process control measures, including statistical process control (SPC) techniques, to ensure a consistent quality level.
  • Setting and monitoring the production ramp-up plans ensuring a successful implementation of operations.
  • Conducting detailed time studies & analysis and evaluation of existing manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending appropriate solutions.
  • Studying and implementing the production concepts including line balancing & bottleneck analysis looking for opportunities to improve productivity matrices.
  • Developing, optimizing, and own the improvement of manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and safety with impacts on Cost out.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

  • A bachelor's degree in mechanical / design & production /industrial engineering.
  • Proven work experience of min. 5 years in process / Industrial engineering.
  • Advanced knowledge of production machinery, processes, and quality control standards is necessary.
  • Experience in process optimization & Layout design.
  • Proven experience in Industrial methods & SMV Calculation.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing is highly desirable.
  • Deep understanding of methods for analyzing and refining processes to reduce waste and increase throughput.
  • Experience in working with CAD and AutoCAD.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
  • Analytical thinker & a team player.
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English is required.
