Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Engineer, based in 10th of Ramadan. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for promoting and selling glass solutions to clients, providing technical support to meet customer needs, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role encompasses working closely with sales teams, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and resolving customer queries to ensure satisfaction and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales Engineering, with a solid understanding of technical aspects
  • Strong skills in Technical Support and the ability to resolve technical inquiries
  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging and supporting clients
  • Experience in Sales to effectively promote and sell products
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the glass or manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in relevant tools, software, or CRM systems is desirable
