Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a B2B Sales Executive located at Qesm 2nd New Cairo. The B2B Sales Executive will manage all aspects of the sales cycle, including identifying leads, building relationships, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with corporate clients. The role involves understanding client requirements, providing tailored real estate solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The selected candidate will contribute to achieving sales targets and enhancing business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in B2B sales, relationship building, and business development.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with the real estate industry, including residential and commercial sectors, is a must.
- Ability to analyze market trends, data-driven decision making, and understanding client needs.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales software, and the ability to deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Proactive problem-solving, time management, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in the Qesm 2nd New Cairo or surrounding real estate markets is beneficial.
