Your Role

You will be part of a purpose-driven team helping expand PISC's client reach, strengthen our market presence, and contribute to the region's transformation journey. You'll focus on building a strong pipeline, nurturing trusted relationships, and ensuring every client engagement reflects integrity, excellence, and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify B2B leads across Egypt (GCC experience is a plus).
  • Build and maintain a strong, transparent sales pipeline.
  • Secure qualified meetings and support proposal coordination.
  • Collaborate with the Planning & Partnership Manager on pricing and positioning.
  • Provide market insights and support equitable client engagement.

Qualifications & Competencies

  • 2–5 years of experience in
    B2B sales
    , ideally within consulting, training, or ERP/digital transformation.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and long-term professional relationships.
  • Curiosity to learn about governance, ESG, and sustainability trends.
  • Collaborative, respectful, and committed to inclusive growth.

Performance Indicators

  • Pipeline Quality:
    Value and maturity of opportunities.
  • Conversion Rate:
    From qualified leads to signed deals.
  • Revenue Impact:
    Contribution to PISC's business goals.
