Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a B2B Sales & Business Development professional, based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. Daily responsibilities include prospecting potential clients, executing sales strategies, providing training to business partners, and managing the sales lifecycle. Collaboration with internal teams to meet organizational goals is also an integral part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including the ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Experience in Training and mentoring clients or team members to enhance performance
  • Excellent organizational and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work on-site and thrive in a fast-paced B2B environment
  • Prior experience in sales or business development within the healthcare industry is an added advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
