Podium is a dynamic company operating in the Egyptian market, specializing in the wholesale and B2B sales of high-quality sportswear and tactical gear. We are looking for energetic and professional Sales Executives to join our growing team and help us maintain strong relationships with our corporate and business clients.
Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Executive to manage daily sales operations and ensure client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a presentable, organized professional who can handle customer follow-ups efficiently and represent the Podium brand image effectively in the B2B market.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations: Manage day-to-day sales activities, handling inquiries, and processing orders for B2B clients.
Client Follow-up: Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and secure repeat business.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate customers and wholesale buyers.
Database Management: Update customer records and sales data accurately using Microsoft Excel or internal systems.
Product Knowledge: Develop a solid understanding of our sportswear and tactical product lines to recommend the right solutions to clients.
Reporting: Assist in preparing simple sales reports and updates for management.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B, retail, or the fashion/sports industry.
Appearance: Must be presentable with a professional demeanor, suitable for meeting corporate clients.
Language Skills: Good command of English (Intermediate level or above) and native Arabic is required.
Technical Skills: Average to good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (ability to manage spreadsheets, filter data, and input orders).
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Organized with the ability to manage time effectively.
Eagerness to learn and achieve sales targets.

تعد شركة Podium من الشركات المتخصصة في السوق المصري في مجال توريد وبيع الملابس الرياضية والملابس التكتيكية (Tactical Wear) لقطاع الشركات والجملة. نحن نبحث عن كوادر متميزة للانضمام لفريق المبيعات للمساعدة في إدارة العمليات اليومية والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع عملائنا.
ملخص الوظيفة
نبحث عن مسؤول مبيعات نشيط ومنظم للتعامل مع عمليات البيع اليومية ومتابعة العملاء. المرشح المثالي يجب أن يتمتع بمظهر مهني لائق ومهارات تواصل ممتازة لتمثيل الشركة أمام عملاء قطاع الأعمال (B2B).
المهام والمسؤوليات
إدارة المبيعات: التعامل مع طلبات البيع اليومية واستقبال استفسارات العملاء (شركات وتجار).
متابعة العملاء: التواصل الدوري والمستمر مع العملاء الحاليين لضمان رضاهم ومتابعة احتياجاتهم الجديدة.
إدخال البيانات: تسجيل وتحديث بيانات العملاء وحالة الطلبات بدقة باستخدام برنامج Microsoft Excel.
تمثيل الشركة: الحفاظ على صورة الشركة المهنية عند التعامل المباشر مع العملاء.
المعرفة بالمنتجات: الإلمام بتفاصيل منتجات الملابس الرياضية لتقديم المقترحات المناسبة للعملاء.
الشروط والمؤهلات المطلوبة
الخبرة: خبرة من 1 إلى 3 سنوات في مجال المبيعات (يفضل خبرة سابقة في التعامل مع الشركات B2B أو الملابس).
المظهر العام: يشترط أن يكون المتقدم حسن المظهر (Presentable) ويتمتع بأسلوب مهني في التعامل.
الحاسب الآلي: معرفة متوسطة إلى جيدة ببرنامج Microsoft Excel (القدرة على تنسيق الجداول وإدخال البيانات الأساسية).
اللغة: إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بمستوى متوسط (مقبول للتعامل مع رسائل البريد الإلكتروني والمصطلحات الأساسية).

مهارات تواصل قوية ولباقة في الحديث.
الجدية والالتزام بالمواعيد.
