Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Qesm El Doki for a Human Resources Generalist. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for various HR functions including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits and benefits administration, and handling general HR management tasks. The role involves creating a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and facilitating effective communication between management and employees.

Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
  • Experience in recruitment, payroll and personnel
  • Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the same or similar industry is a must.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Salary Range: 10k to 12k
