Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Generalist located in Qesm Qaha. The Senior Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing HR functions including recruitment, policy design, employee benefits administration, and employee relations. Day-to-day tasks include developing HR strategies, implementing policies, overseeing talent acquisition processes, and managing benefits and compliance. The role involves close collaboration with department heads to ensure that HR policies align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Human Resources (HR) management and HR policies
  • Strong skills in employee benefits administration and benefits management
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with the Egyptian labor market and related regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
