Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist located in Qesm El Nozha. The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including implementing HR policies, administering employee benefits, and overseeing HR management activities. The role involves ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws, handling employee relations, and supporting various HR initiatives to enhance workplace efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
  • Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
  • Experience in Benefits Administration
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Prior experience in the textile industry is a plus
