Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist located in Cairo, Egypt. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for a range of HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and implementing HR policies and procedures. They will manage employee records, coordinate training programs, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Additionally, the HR Generalist will act as a point of contact for employees, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.

Qualifications

  • Recruitment and Employee Relations skills
  • Experience in Performance Management and Implementing HR Policies
  • Capability in Maintaining Employee Records and Coordinating Training Programs
  • Strong understanding of Labor Laws and Compliance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Relevant experience in the BPO industry is a plus
