Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Generalist at Alzahrawan Foundation located in New Cairo. The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including implementing and administering HR policies, overseeing employee benefits and benefits administration, and providing support to the HR management team. The HR Generalist will also ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, address employee inquiries, and facilitate employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
  • Experience with HR Policies and Employee Benefits
  • Benefits Administration expertise
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
