Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is located in Cairo, Egypt, and focuses on supporting the Human Resources function as a Human Resources Generalist. The role involves tasks such as implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, overseeing benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices. The HR Generalist will also engage in staff onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and contributing to the development of HR strategies and programs to support the organization's mission and culture.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management practices
  • Knowledge of HR Policies and the ability to implement them effectively
  • Experience with Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on employee satisfaction and organizational goals
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations applicable in Egypt
