Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Human Resources Generalist located in Maadi, Cairo, Egypt. The Human Resources Generalist will manage HR operations to ensure the seamless implementation of HR policies, oversee employee benefits administration, and support organizational compliance. Core responsibilities include assisting with recruitment and onboarding, maintaining updated HR documentation, and enhancing employee relations initiatives to foster a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR) in F&B - Minimum 2 years
  • Proficient knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition and understanding of compliance standards
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Familiarity with labor laws and local employment regulations
  • Ability to work on-site collaboratively with teams
