Role Summary

The HR Generalist will support the full life-cycle human resources activities for our organization under a hybrid working model. You will work closely with the People/HR team and business leaders to ensure smooth HR operations, compliance, employee engagement and development.

Key Responsibilities


• Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, coordinating interviews, onboarding of new employees.


• Administer HR operations: maintain employee records, update HRIS, facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes.


• Support compensation and benefits administration: benefit enrolments, leaves, time off, payroll liaison.


• Handle employee relations and engagement: act as a point-of-contact for employees, assist with issue resolution, conduct exit interviews.


• Help enforce HR policies and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.


• Support performance management and training programs: coordinate review cycles, assist in learning & development initiatives.


• Work with hybrid/remote team setup: ensure HR processes are optimized for a mixed-mode work environment (in-office + remote).


• Contribute to HR reporting and metrics: e.g., turnover, headcount, employee satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills


• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Minimum 2 years' experience in HR generalist or broadly HR role (covering recruitment, benefits, employee relations).


• Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices and HRIS systems.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact with employees at all levels.


• Solid organizational and time-management skills; able to priorities multiple tasks effectively.


• High level of integrity and discretion; able to handle confidential information.


• Comfortable working in a hybrid setting: self-motivated, able to collaborate remotely and in-office.


• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software.

[Preferred] HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI) or willingness to obtain it.
